Purple Wiggle wins the September Week 4 Treasury Challenge!

First of all, sorry for the delay in reporting the winner-The Treasury Tree is taking a week off with the challenge to catch up and prepare for next week's giveaway, as well as brace ourselves for the upcoming holiday season!
